Welcome to Karl Antony Events and DJs! Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are designed to protect both you and us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with our Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our site. Our website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using our site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Terms & Conditions which apply to all bookings between Karl Antony Events and any client.

Clients are required to pay a non refundable deposit prior to us securing any date or confirming any booking.

Any remaining balance must be received by Karl Antony Events at least 48 hours prior to the event.

We no longer accept payment by any means on the evening or day of event. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your booking without notification.

Karl Antony Events reserve the right to cease entertainment without loss of fee in the event of the following.

Any threats or intimidation of our Djs or any of our staff.

Violence or major disorder at any event.

Any intentional damage to our property whilst attending an event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients wishing to cancel their booking should notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations up to 48 Hours prior to the event will forfeit their initial deposit.

Cancellations with less than 48 Hours notice FOR ANY REASON will forfeit the full fee.

KARL ANTONY EVENTS RIGHT TO CANCEL

We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any point prior to the event. In these circumstances a Full Refund would be issued. (This has never happened and hopefully never will)

MUSIC PLAYING TIME

When Karl Antony Events give a confirmation this will detail your Playing times as agreed when booking. Any changes to extend this playing time will be chargable at a rate to be agreed by the Dj in attendance.

The Dj reserves the right to refuse any request to extend playing time after the contracted time.

KARAOKE

Karl Antony Events and any Djs we provide reserve the right to refuse use of microphones for Karaoke or Singing purposes.

Karaoke can be provided, however must be agreed at time of booking.

BUFFET BREAKS

Karl Antony Events or any Djs we provide reserve the right to play suitable background music for a period of time whilst guests are eating. This is regarded as playing time.

BACKGROUND MUSIC

Background music is chargeable and must be agreed at time of booking.

PREFFERED DJs

Karl Antony Events are unable to guarantee a specific Dj for any booking. We operate a preferred Dj system where we will do our best to provide the Preferred Dj. If this is not possible then another Dj of equivilant experience will be provided.

Clients stuatory rights are not affected.

We have been providing our services without issue for many years, these terms are necessary to protect us from a very small amount of unscrupulous clients we have experienced.
