Customer satisfaction guarantee. if you have any issues we guarantee to do our very best to ensure your satisfaction.

Communication.. We are always available via phone or txt to make necessary adjustments to your booking.. We will always contact our clients for a final run through aprox a week before an event.

Playlists / Requests.. We are more than happy to accept playlists at least one week prior to an event.. We are also happy to accept suitable requests on the evening from guests if this is agreeable.
